We have just purchased a 1969 MGB GT mark II. The car had been stripped by it`s previous owner, and then dry stored for the last 16 years. The body has been stripped of paint and is in primer. The body and chassis are structurally sound, and have only required minor patches to repair holes. The car came with two engines, one from a Marina, and one rebuilt from an MGB Roadster. It also has two gearboxes, the one from the Roadster with overdrive. Needless to say we will be using the Roadster engine and box. This will be a total strip down and rebuild, and will be sprayed in its original Tartan Red, with new black interior. SOLD NOW |
